By registering with Proactive Insights to use any service, the Participant is deemed to consent to having their email address collected by Proactive Insights. If a person is invited via email by the Participant through the Proactive Insights website to participate in a survey, and if that person participates in a survey, that person is deemed to consent to their email address being collected and used by Proactive Insights. Where such a person does not want to participate in such a survey after receiving an email from Proactive Insights, the person should respond to Proactive Insights at contact @ ProactiveInsights.com stating "I wish to have my email address deleted from the records of Proactive Insights". In circumstances where it is unknown to Proactive Insights whether the person wishes or does not wish to participate in the survey, that person is deemed to have consented to Proactive Insights collecting and using their email address. If the User is a participant in an Exit Survey, the User is deemed to consent to having their survey responses attributed to them.
